We added Bonus Dollars - which allows essentials by Lisa to increase customer loyalty. Registered site visitors receive a bonus just for signing up which they can use for their first purchase or save for later. Plus they earn additional bonus dollars for every purchase from this store. essentials by Lisa management can turn Bonus Dollars on and off and can adjust several settings - such as the amount registered users receive when signing up, the maximum amount of Bonus Dollars that can be used on a single purchase, and how many Bonus Dollars are earned per purchase.
Recently Ordered Items! When a registered visitor orders from essentials by Lisa, an order history is created. Whenever that person logs in, they can access a personalized list with all of the items they've purchased for the last 6 months, making reordering a snap!
New Hampshire Restaurant Brokers
New Hampshire Restuarant Brokers hired MVP Web Solutions to create their website from scratch, including an original design and company logo. We gave them a clean, open design. On the back end, we created a custom content management system (CMS) so they can easily update their business listings. We also created a tool to upload photos, resize them and associate them to a specific listing all in one easy step. This web site is also SEO friendly.

Anjoli returned to MVP to update the look of their web site. We added Flash image fade ins and interactive image galleries for their before and after client photos and photos of their facilities.
Earlier, Anjoli Salon and Spa hired MVP Web Solutions to create mailers, to announce their Open House, and a new website to showcase their upscale facilities. The project objectives include designing a site that is simple and elegant and that will encourage visitors to call to make an appointment. This site features a professionally photographed gallery of actual Salon clients and is built to be SEO friendly, to maximize their results when people enter specific keywords into major search engines. This design is also made to maintain its look in several of the most popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari and Mozilla).

Alliance Business Brokers returned to MVP Web Solutions years after the original design to freshen up their look. We offered three design choices and implemented the selected web design change while keeping the integrity of the custom back-end system we had originally created, keeping costs down. We are pleased to be Alliance Business Brokers ongoing source for web design and web programming needs.
Earlier, Alliance Business Brokers, of Nashua, NH hired MVP Web Solutions to replace their existing site. We created a clean design with sufficient white space and used visual imagery to catch the attention of users. We also created a basic content management system that allows the site owner to manage the listings page. The listings page features a summary section at the top of the page. Site visitors can set and save their preferences. Full listings appear at the bottom of the page.
Hoffmann Massage
Lisa C. Hoffmann hired MVP Web Solutions to create an online presence for her therapeutic massage practice. The site includes a Flash intro, description of services, credentials, massage FAQ and contact information. The goal of the site is to educate potential clients and encourage them to call for an appointment. Testimonials are scattered throughout. We also developed and implemented a search engine optimization (SEO) strategy which has proven very effective.
Lisa has since decided to close HoffmannMassage.com to focus her time and attention on her new online store - essentialsByLisa.com, which we also created for her. We wish her much success.
International Association Sites
MVP Web Solutions designed sister sites for an international association. These sites feature sophisticated content management systems with multiple page formats that can be switched from one layout to another with the click of a button, an online newsletter generator that creates a text version, HTML version and PDF version of the newsletter from a single source (a database with an online admin console). Once created, these online newsletters are organized and displayed on the website in an archive. Custom programming was done to allow non-technical people to upload images that are auto-sized for the different display types (one size for a feature article, another for a newsblurb, another for a PDF 2 column article, etc.). MVP Web Solutions also acted as a consultant to advise the company on how to divide their audiences and bring them to the appropriate areas of these large websites and make the site much more user friendly and easy to navigate. This was accomplished while maintaining important functions, such as keeping the pages searchable and making sure they are extensively spidered by search engines (SEO friendly).
Online Apartment Rentals Portal
For this project, MVP Web Solutions took a huge HTML based website with several similar pages and converted it into a database driven site. This saves the company many man hours of having to manually change every page within their site every time they receive a new listing. Now, they can use their custom admin console to quickly search for existing ads by several pre-defined criteria (rent, number of rooms, bathrooms, etc). They can edit and delete ads. Ads are auto deleted after a pre-defined number of days. Site visitors who post ads have the option to enter a location which then automatically creates a link in their ad to an online map with directions.
e-Commerce website with custom EDI interface
This client sells approximately 3000 general office supplies. Their largest profit margin comes from the sales of printer cartriges. We worked diligently with their distributor to re-work the product descriptions to make it more readily searchable. We also created a custom EDI interface with their supplier, to automate the order processing and order fulfillment for this store.
Environmental firm with abstract store application
This project is for a company working in conjunction with a non-profit organization to prevent green-house gas emissions from being released into our atmosphere. The project objectives include making the concept easy for the general public to understand. They wanted a clean and simple layout, to keep the focus on the message. We created their logo, loaded, configured and altered an e-commerce shopping cart to fit their needs and created a custom "Certificate Download Center" that dynamically creates frameable certificates for their site customers with a simple login process. We also secured the site with an SSL certificate and set up their payment gateway to allow for online orders.
Extranet site for major office supply company
This project is a private intranet site which allows this major office supply chain's marketing personnel to order their marketing materials directly from their fulfillment warehouse. Approved orders have a personnel address book with all of the shipping locations required for their needs. We took our standard e-commerce application and tailored it to meet their individualized needs.
Financial aid company
This company offers financial aid processing services to colleges and universities. We built out their entire html site using advanced CSS and Javascript techniques. We also created a private client log-in area that gives them access to additional data. The login process enables a secondary navigation system.
They also own a company which sells related software. We made them a sub-domain of the parent company. This allows better sharing of data between both companies. The private client area actually has two seperate zones. Clients can be logged into one zone, the other or both. They can log out of both areas simultaneously or one at a time.
By supplying their customers with timely information online, they've increased their connection with their clients, supporting their e-commerce initiatives. We also created client only feedback forms to further enhance the business-client relationship.
IT company website
Populated html files with content. Created navigation scheme. Left hand navigation changes per the section of the site you're visiting. To streamline site maintenance, navigation links are in separate files and included in each page. PHP code adjusts the relative paths for the links, according to how deep the file is located in the site. We normalized the database. Extensive admin console work was done, to extend functionality, including creating an image upload feature, allowing the website owner to upload image files to the appropriate location on the server with just a browser. Image links are automatically generated based on file location, which avoids broken links. Javascript jump menus are included to direct site visitors where appropriate.
Medical Facility Website
This project entailed taking a new website design from concept images to working templates for use with an existing custom content management system. Among this site's features are a complex database driven navigation system controlled by CSS and a random image generator to display a different image with every visit to the page.
Multi Level User Database Administration Console
MVP Web Solutions, LLC. created a database administration console for non-technical staff members. Two levels of users are allowed. Administrators have full access to edit and delete information. Content providers can add information and edit the information they enter, but not that of other users.
This admin console was built to allow an outside telemarketing firm to add content to the client's database without giving full access to the data in the database.
The separation of tasks also allowed the client to measure the successfulness of the telemarketing program.
Online retail store - unique nutritional supplements
This e-commerce website sells premium quality whey protein powder. We created their Flash movie, loaded, configured and altered an e-commerce shopping cart to fit their needs, created content to explain the scientific information in a user-friendly way. We set up the payment gateways and secured the site with an SSL certificate.
